This release necessary as a result of breaking changes in OpenFermion core. In addition to updating conventions for consistency with OpenFermion v0.6, this release simplifies and improves functions to generate UCC circuits.

First alpha release of OpenFermion-ProjectQ. This is a new project that evolved from a fork of the "circuits" module from the open source project FermiLib.

Initial commit made on behalf of Ryan Babbush (Google), Jarrod McClean (Google), Ian Kivlichan (Harvard), Damian Steiger (ETH Zurich), Thomas Haner (ETH Zurich) and Dave Bacon (Google).
