I'm new to Pyxel and spent a long time trying to figure out why the
bltfunction wasn't working for me. I had forgotten to load the resource file! 馃槄 I added a reminder for thebltandbltmfunctions in case other people have the same issue.Also made a few grammar fixes where the English was a little awkward to read.
