Unpause media players that were paused outside voice

Proposed change

Pausing media players by voice puts them into a list so they can later be resumed. If you manually pause a media player outside of voice, however, the old list was still being resumed.

This PR ensures that the most recently paused media player is resumed if it was paused outside of voice.
