Added goto minor-mode binding for 'goto_line_end_newline'

No, f<enter>makes a selection until newline.

you can recreate this binding with f<ret>;. If you want a dedicated keybinding you can easily bind that in your config. This doesn't need to be built in

Sure. Maybe it's just me but I have more use for jumping to newline than to the last non-newline character gl.
