Why
Use reusable mdx components to display setup instructions for Androd Emulator, iOS Simulator, Android device, iOS device for app development on local machines using a physical device or using emulators/simulators.
This PR updates local app development, Android Studio Emulator, and iOS Simulator guides. Removes duplicated info and unused components.
