MicroStorage & Common

Users should be able to use a Common library across multiple microservices.
Users should be able to use types declared in their MicroStorages across microservices. They should also be allowed to use types in these libraries in Callable method signatures.

I think this should just work once we have the Single Pass Code-gen working. This ticket is here mostly for validation purposes.
