with help of Pyttsx andsome other modules It is better to user GTTs by google than Pyttsx.GTTs provides better voice quality than that of Pyttsx. First of all You need to install all required libraries in your system. I have developed this in Visual Studio Code.You can also use Jupyter notebook.
