This PR update does the following

Updates and improves the DDMD code to be more readable
Updates and improves the DDMD code to be more efficient, speeding up mod load times.
Remove crappy variables for screen ones.
Better file management (I hope).
Improved mod installation format.
Changed settings format.
Changes to DDMD's Mod List read service.
Changes to DDMD's transfer suite.
Optimize the bootstrap and main file.
