Adds an integrated asciidoc template that is fully equivalent to the Markdown version. GitHub renders this correctly with the exception that the "top" links are not right-aligned with GitHub's renderer:
I have left the example asciidoc partial template and its output with the
.txtextension as is, though it probably could be removed.
