🤔 About the project

  • A simple Shell Script tool to manage your quick notes. (list, add and remove your annotations).

Installation

  1. Clone the repository and enter the directory:
  2. Make the script executable from anywhere:
  sudo bash MAKE_SCRIPT_GLOBAL.sh
  1. Run the script from anywhere in your system:
  qnote "my first note"

🚀 Usage

  Usage:
  qnote                                      Displays all notes.
  qnote [-a|--add] <note>                    Adds a note at the end.
  qnote <note>                               Adds a note at the end.
  qnote -h|--help                            Display this help text.
  qnote [-r|-d|--remove|--delete] <index>    Removes a note by its index (position or line number).
  qnote [-c|--clear]                         Removes all the notes.

  • If you change the repository location, you must run the MAKE_SCRIPT_GLOBAL.sh script again.
