Here are the details of the changes:

Modified zynconf/zynthian_config.py to start/stop/check bluetooth capability.
Modified zyngui/zynthian_gui_admin.py to reflect activation state of bluetooth and start/stop capability.
Modified zynautoconnect/zynthian_autoconnect.py to handle bluetooth auto connection.
