Welcome to the CCS wiki! The Connectome Computation System (CCS) is a computational pipeline designed for discovery science of human brain connectomes at the macroscale with multimodal magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technologies. It has a three-level hierarchical structure that includes data cleaning and preprocessing, individual connectome mapping and connectome mining, and knowledge discovery. Functional modules are embedded into this hierarchy to implement raw data cleaning (RDC), quality control procedure (QCP), surface-based connectome computation (SCC), connectome reliability and reproducibility (CRR), connectome-wise association (CWA) and connectome map visualization (CMV).
