### 0. Form a pool of UX Testers

Establish a pool of UX Testers comprised of advanced users and noobs. Ideally both groups are made up of 10-20 people or more. For every round of testing, Testers should receive small bounties to motivate participation.

I would emphasize on focusing on noob users, because that is what the product is meant to target.

We should consider if this user feedback process can be some sort of bureaucracy that would dramatically slow down the development of the product.

Yes – that should 100% be avoided. To find this out we can try it, if it is helpful but slows dev down improve the process, if it is not helpful and slows dev down abandon.
