1. gitment原本的js不可用，换成了别人搭建的 2. 添加id防止因中文博客名称过长导致无法创建初始化comment

修改了这个文件
layout/_partial/plugins/gitment.ejs， readme的修改不用理会因gitment作者的不再维护，现在无法登录了，修改gitment.js为他人维护的。

还有添加了对gitment id的指定，因中文使用unicode编码，字节长度很容易超过50，会发生无法创建评论的现象。
