I have created an
index.jsfile which loads the original source and exports it to be used by Webpack/Browserify.As Webpack confines variables in local scopes I exposed the
ngMidwayTesterfunction as a property ofwindowso thatindex.jscan get a hold of it.The same approach is adopted by
angularonnpm.
