better done by the client. This reverts commit 0c8f6b2.
happened sometimes when updating the issue.
also made the plugin more robust in terms of wrong project / tracker specification and added basic functional tests.
- YAML.load calls with :safe=>true most likely break when safe_yaml is not installed.
- also fix test case
there seem to be some UTF chars which make rake complain
