rnaseqlib is a simple, lightweight pipeline for RNA-Seq analysis. 

Supports mRNA-Seq, Ribo-Seq, and CLIP-Seq analyses.

rnaseqlib is UNPUBLISHED SOFTWARE. It comes with NO support, guarantees, promises or warranties of any sort. It is a work in progress.
