feat(core): upgrade nx and angular dependencies to latest version

Keeping this PR on hold for now because angular 12 does not seem to be fully stable, specially @angular/core/testing package.

Issues like this occurred while upgrading and jest also have some breaking changes..

Will wait for some time for stable versions.
