Ability to set codec priority in the settings
Automatically reauthenticate expired/invalid Piped user sessions
New settings format for Kodi

Bug fixes

New logins don't have access logged-in features (Feed, Subscriptions, and Playlists don't seem to work -- Empty error box syhlx/plugin.video.piped#3)
Playlists fetching error (Fetching playlists error syhlx/plugin.video.piped#2)
Crash on empty playlists (Fetching playlists error syhlx/plugin.video.piped#2)
