Presets from base folder

When setting up a Base/Show folder allow Presets from the Base folder to be "merged" into the show folder preset window, perhaps under a group called From Base.

Since presets are just a set of effects on a line(s) and not on a model per-say, users can create/manage presets in the base folder and make them available across all show folders.
Of course you can export/import across multiple folders, but this will make the managment much easier just as the base folder process is working.
