Buffed

Buffed is a World of Warcraft addon that helps you track your workout progress and calories burned while resting in the game.

Features

• Calculate calories burned per hour based on your weight, height, and gender.
• Track workout progress including push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, pistol squats, and planking.
• Display workout and calories burned estimate when you finish resting.

Installation

1. Download the latest release of the Buffed addon.
2. Extract the contents of the ZIP file to your World of Warcraft AddOns folder, usually located at Interface\AddOns.
3. Launch World of Warcraft and make sure to enable the Buffed addon in the AddOns menu.

Usage

To open the Buffed options menu, use the following chat command:

/buffed

There is a glitch where you have to enter it in twice... I don't know why.

In the Buffed options menu, you can:

• Enter your weight (in pounds) and height (in inches).
• Select your gender (male or female).
• Calculate your estimated calories burned per hour.
• View your workout progress and calories burned when you finish resting.

Workout Tracking

Buffed tracks your workout progress when you're resting in the game. It calculates the calories burned based on your estimated calories burned per hour and the duration of your resting.

Workout Results

When you finish resting, Buffed displays a popup with your workout results, including:

• Push-Ups
• Pull-Ups
• Sit-Ups
• Pistol Squats
• Seconds Planking

Configuration

You can configure Buffed options, including weight, height, gender, and calories burned per hour, in the Buffed options menu.
