Segfault when destroying AprilTag detector

Describe the bug
When destroying an AprilTag detector, there is a segfault from the AprilTagJNI.

To Reproduce
Haven't had time to set up MRP but issue was initially observed running PhotonVision and switching from an AprilTag pipeline to a Reflective pipeline on an ARM device (Orange Pi 5).

Expected behavior
The detector should be destroyed cleanly.
