Description:

While viewing the Settings > Categories and Phrases > categories list on a phone in landscape, the labels for the category names are cut off slightly at the bottom. This leads to an unpolished look. We should center the label w/in the cell (if possible) or slightly increase the cell height.

Reproduced off of the develop branch.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. With the device in its portrait orientation...
2. Navigate to Settings > Categories and Phrases
3. Note the look of the labels for each category name w/in their respective cell
4. Rotate the device so that it is now in landscape
5. Note the same categories and how their labels look cut off at the bottom.

Expected behavior
The category names should be clearly visible within the cell.

Actual Behavior
The bottom of each category's label looks chopped off.
