#State of knowledge
- Heroku Elasticsearch client Bonsai has funky free tier
- Elastic Cloud is very not free (~$800.00/Year)
- Amazon Elasticsearch Service provides a generous free tier of 750 hrs per month of a t2.micro.elasticsearch instance and 10GB per month of optional Amazon EBS storage.
- Pubnub helps with realtime apps.
- AWS Cognito for offline syncing. (Also look into Elastic Filesystem)
- Convox for deployment?
- Docker for containerization.
- React Native and building a fully native app might be the best solution to providing robust offline support
