Added How to install in the Readme and a setup script, the wiki is a bombshell.

i still say keep the installation in the wiki, or make an INSTALL.md file so we can go more in depth. putting the install with vague commands in the README.md feels off to me, but it's easily changeable
also, this is just preference, don't use copilot for this :) human made usually means human readable

as for ble spam, i will work on this once i have a python package that isn't depreciated, pybluez seems an okay fit for this but we will see

also, please please please try to prevent running other processes without an absolute directory, this can be used for a privesc path traversal attack and i'd rather be safe than sorry

plus whats with the tons of added pypy packages?
