Having @RELEASE@ in the Version string looks wrong, though. Can you point to some documentation from OBS for why it should be there?

build.opensuse.org is the distributor in this case
The Release: 0 section is managed by obs, so tthe release will be set to increasing numbers at every new build. RemoteAsset: sha256:$SUM could be added if the sources should be verified Signed-off-by: Christian Goll <cgoll@suse.com>
