Fixed xEcho so that cinsertText and its cousins would properly order blocks of differently colored text in windows other than "main". Also made slight changes to allow for and create cinsertLink and its cousins that previously did not exist.

Fixed xEcho so that cinsertText and its cousins would properly order blocks of differently colored text in windows other than "main". Also made slight changes to allow for and create cinsertLink and its cousins that previously did not exist.
Additionally, since the colored versions of echoLink and now insertLink require a final argument of true (the useCurrentFormat boolean argument for echoLink and insertLink) in order to function, I made xEcho always pass true for this argument, rather than defaulting to false or using the provided argument.
