Fix nested tab alignment on the updated theme

What does this PR change?

Fix nested tab alignment on the update theme, remove loops and just inline it since it's only a few blocks.

None of the pages currently included in the migration have this structure so this is not visible to the users.

KNOWN ISSUES

Sometimes the build can fail when pulling new jar files from download.opensuse.org . This is a known limitation. Given this happens rarely, when it does, all you need to do is rerun the test. Sorry for the inconvenience.
