Zenodo doi revision updates

Updates incorporating changes during revision.
This release includes:

• Changes to bundle_adjust method for triplet stereo
• Wrapper scripts for end to end processing of video and triplets
• Several bug fixes and code enhancements

This is the version used in the manuscript. All new releases post this will follow ASP style NEWS release, detailing each and every changes properly.
