Add procedures to run the UI sample, which will be useful for UI app developers.
including:

uAAL-SingleNode.Development , note that this will disable security, and you need to match the userid to the ui.dm user id
building and running (maybe this should be in its own page: how to run your proyect, deploy, feature, other)
configuring etc/ui.dm
