This project is an implementation of the age old game of "Bulls & Cows"/"Cows & Bulls"
in different languages and platforms.

The aim is to add as much functionality as possible such as the following :-
* Single User Mode
* Multi User Mode
  * The computer plays against
  * Another player plays against you
