Resolves Separate code and data #219 by putting the JSON data into /static
Removed pastEvents and references to it (PastEvents component pages/events.js, other unused imports)
Moved allEvents into all-events.json
Moved members into members.json
Moved Seniors into seniors.json (unused)


          Remove unused data/components and separate code and data in data.js
