Disable linting for vite.config.ts, because it would require a new TSConfig file because our current TSConfig is for the browser which is correct for all the files in src/, but vite.config.ts should be checked in the context of Node instead. See: https://typescript-eslint.io/troubleshooting/#i-get-errors-telling-me-eslint-was-configured-to-run--however-that-tsconfig-does-not--none-of-those-tsconfigs-include-this-file
