Bugfix for phone app to correctly ask for permissions.

• Contains lots of untested changes, especially around permissions management.
• I've lost the keystore :(, so an uninstall + install will likely be required.
  • Only the Glass app contains any intentional functional changes, so the phone app might be usable without a reinstall.
