What does this PR do?
I just followed the steps at Installing the app using a Scratch Org and got hundreds of untracked "changes" to the repo because of the creation of the
.sffolder and enclosed files. This just adds that folder to.gitignore. Probably doesn't need a whole PR if one of the active devs can include it in one.
