Use the drop downs to help with analysing the data by surfacing more information - eg how much trade of each taxon is reported in the data (to avoid zero results and no change on adjustment of drop downs).

Idea for UI:
Behind each textValue in the dropdown, show grey/pastel bar that indicates the relative quantity in that category.
