Improving guidance documentation inclusion

Use another method to include the guidance note in the tool, rather than an iframe.

Just so I know what we're talking about here ... is this the bar on the left that says 'TradeMapper is an interactive tool originally developed by TRAFFIC and WWF to visualise trade data'. Makes sense to replace the iframe, but what specifically is the change that you need? Do we want this to be editable and then shareable? (Although we're limited in what's possible with that when we are just using a client-side app).
