Star of Africa (Afrikan tähti) board game

Modified by Timo Rantalainen 2014 (tjrantal at gmail dot com), to reflect the current rules allowing boarding a ship, and advancing up to two steps per turn without payment. The AI does not work in this version since I didn't update the AI rules (and don't intend to either. AI thus plays with the old rules, and if it gets stranded the game enters an infinite loop).
