This implements #22 and should be the last task remaining in v2.3.

Still to do:

  • Create the S3 bucket for data storage as part of the scraper Serverless setup
  • Create the DynamoDB table as part of the slack Serverless setup
  • Test that everything works correctly together once deployed
  • Investigate lerna or similar
