Add more ways to recognize Supercharger locations by treating charge as "at Superchager" when fast charger brand is "Tesla".

I have tested it on my recent trip, and the total cost for Supercharger charges is the same vs what I calculated manually.

Hi, @JakobLichterfeld, do you think this can be used?

Generally speaking: yes. Perhaps @jheredianet can take a look into it.

As far as I know not all vehicles recognize the field "brand", some legacy model S or X have that field blank or other value, but not Tesla.
Somebody with those cars should confirm first.

If the old vehicles do not recognize the "Tesla" brand, then the output visible will just be like the current one and they will still need to do a Supercharger Geo-fences. I think.
