Using SWI Prolog without it is broken anyway and it needs to be turned on for the AppImage as I can at least set it up to use a correct SWI_HOME_DIR at runtime.
Set dashboard path at runtime to allow AppImage dashboard to work

The AppImage is a convenient way to quickly try TerminusDB. Therefore I'm trying to add support for it back.
