More flexibility in the displayed sections and the data therein #102

I've gone ahead and added some more flexibility in terms of what sections are displayed and what data is displayed within those sections

Changes are

Leaving any of the work, experience or skills array empty, removes that section altogether
Dates and locations for work and experience are now optional
Leaving testimonial as an empty object removes the section altogether
Removing individual definitions from SectionId now removes the respective nav links
