Instead of calling
android.util.PathParser.createPathFromPathData(which is prohibited when targeting API level 31), we can useandroidx.core.graphics.PathParser.I also removed the following check
Build.VERSION.SDK_INT >= Build.VERSION_CODES.LOLLIPOPsince this is always true given that minSdkVersion is 21.
