See #80

This PR add the ability to change 3 things by environment variable.

INSTANCE_NAME will change the airsonic text in le Logo component
INSTANCE_SUBNAME will change the refix in the text-muted span aside of the instance name
DISABLE_SUBNAME give the ability to not display the INSTANCE_SUBNAME
