After cloning the repository, run SEIIRRS-analysis.R
in RStudio. This script calls the functions in SEIIRRS-functions.R
, which runs the age-structured discrete time model. Ensure that required R packages lubridate
, testthat
& rstudioapi
are installed prior to running the code.
