Support for multiple file types in yaml config file. Minor refactor to iterate available file types before passing to pandoc function. File types are assumed to be handled by pandoc. Updated comply.yml.example.
Support for legacy comply.yml is implemented, where pdf is the default output type in the absence of the
outputsarray.
