Systemic 2.30 for Mac OS X

Requirements

• Mac OS X 10.13 (High Sierra) or later
• Java 13 SDK (https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/javase-jdk13-downloads.html)
• R 3.6.2 (https://cran.r-project.org/bin/macosx/R-3.6.2.pkg)
• Xcode should be installed from the Mac App Store. Run the command

xcode-select --install

from Terminal.

Installation

To run it:

1. Download Systemic.zip below (under "Assets")
2. Double-click the archive. You can move Systemic into your Applications folder if you want.
3. Right-click on the Systemic application and click "Open", then click "Open" in the next dialog window.
4. Wait until all R packages are installed.
