Commitizen-tools goal is to help developers automate their releases. Up to this day, releases are a pain point in many companies, we strive to make this a thing of the past.
Our solution is written in python, and it allows users to:

  • automatically bump the version based on the commit message (by leveraging conventional commits)
  • generate a changelog
  • validate that the commits follow the chosen ruleset for the commits
  • update files in the repository
