I went ahead and tested the PR locally with two failures:

1.)

jwql/tests/test_readnoise_monitor.py:188: AssertionError

2.)

jwql/tests/test_plotting.py::test_bokeh_version - AssertionError: Bokeh version (2.3.3) in HTML template nircam_bad_pix_plots.html does not match current environment version (2.4.3).

Looks 1.) is a failure due to exists_in_database and 2.) is interesting, I am unsure of the last time I've generated the templates but this is where we are at.
