This repo contains source code used create the jaxb-api-2.3.1.jar, that is included with the RTView Solution Package for Solace, to support JAXB functionality for Java 9 and later. This source was obtained from https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/javax.xml.bind/jaxb-api/2.3.1
